Transactional representation is a key component of our ITT Practice. We act for a full range of companies and support technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Our ITT lawyers appreciate the importance of understanding the nature of our clients business objectives and listening to their needs. We pride ourselves in having expertise in areas of law such as technology and telecommunications and advising clients on various transactional and relationship structures relating to their contracts.

ARSA Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group consists of a bevy of litigation lawyers who are experienced in and exposed to a variety of contentious matters involving various areas of law, such as banking law, company and commercial law, land law, and employment law which are just to name a few. Litigation Department from all the 3 offices have been grouped together into Litigation Practice Group (LPG) to leverage on the expertise and knowledge of all the litigators. ARSA Shariah Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (ARSA SHARIAH), established with the primary objective of providing consultancy, advisory services and of spearheading and conducting applied Shariah research in the field of Islamic Finance which, at the moment, is strictly confined to takaful, banking and capital market.

Hibah and Wasiat are two important instrument in property planning according to Islamic law. Hibah is a grant of property (movable or immovable) that occurs during the life of the Donor, while wasiat is a gift of property that occurs after the death of the testator. Both of these instruments are encouraged in Islam and it is done properly in accordance with the requirements of Hukm Syara’, whereby we can prevent disputes and property quarrel.

ARSA Corporate Secretarial Services Sdn Bhd (158374-X) (ARSACS) provides a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services to private and public listed companies including registration of foreign companies or branches. In addition, it makes its registered office available to other companies as the registered office of their companies.
