Haajar Mohd Puad

Puan Haajar Binti Mohd Puad graduated from Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam with Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) in 2013 and Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) (Hons) in 2014 from the same university.

In April 2014, She underwent her pupilage by reading in chambers of Puan Balkis Binti Ya’akup at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates Melaka. Throughout her pupillage period, she was exposed to the vast areas of law, particularly in Conveyancing and Banking. She then was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitor on 12th February 2015 at the High Court of Malaya in Melaka.

Starting March 2015, She joined ARSA and is currently attached to Banking and Conveyancing Department of Melaka office. Since then, she has been in charge with various conveyancing matters including advising and drafting the sale and purchase agreement for sub-sales transactions between individual and individual, housing development projects including PR1MA Homes and Rumah Mesra Rakyat 1Malaysia (RMR1M) by SPNB, transfer of ownership, tenancy, and Discharge of Charge.

Puteri Liyana Mardhiah

Cik Puteri Liyana Mardhiah Binti M. Al-Muz-Zammil is a graduate from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam, Faculty of Law and has obtained both a Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) in 2014 and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons) in 2015 from the same university.

Puteri had the privilege of reading in the chambers of our ex-vastly experienced corporate lawyer, Puan Nurul ‘Akhmar Binti Mohd Shafiee, at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates Johor Bahru (ARSA Lawyers) beginning 7 April 2015. After completing her pupillage on the 7 January 2016, Puteri was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on the 28 February 2016.

Throughout her pupilage, she was exposed to multiple areas of law, including Banking and Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, and also, mainly, Corporate matters.

She commenced her legal practice at ARSA Lawyers in March 2016 and is currently with the Banking and Conveyancing Department of Johor Bahru office.

Suraya Hani Salim

Suraya Hani Binti Salim graduated with Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) in 2013 and Bachelor of Laws [LLB (Hons)] in 2014 from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UITM).

She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in August 2014. She handled various matters relating to real property transactions, including advising and drafting the sale and purchase agreement for housing development projects and commercial projects, sub-sales between individual and companies, transfer of ownership, tenancy, and perfection of transfer. She also handled retail and commercial financing facilities and security documentation including conventional and Islamic financing facilities.

She joined ARSA in January 2018 and currently attached to the Corporate Commercial Department. She has extensive experience in advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial security documentation including Conventional Banking and Islamic Financing facilities. She also advises local and foreign clients on the acquisition, disposal and lease of commercial and industrial properties.

Nor Hidayah Salam

Nor Hidayah Binti Salam graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2011.

In August 2011, she underwent her pupilage by reading in chambers of Puan Balkis Binti Ya’akup at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates Melaka. Throughout her pupillage, she was exposed to vast areas of law, particularly Banking and Conveyancing. She was then admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an advocate and solicitor on 1st June 2012 at the High Court of Malaya in Melaka.

She started her practice as a Legal Assistant in 2013 at Messrs Abdul Aziz Rahim & Co Melaka mainly focusing on banking litigation till April 2018.

She joined ARSA in May 2018 and is currently attached to Litigation Department of Melaka office.

Farah Farhana Hassan

Farah Farhana Binti Hassan graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B Hons.) from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2017.

In September 2017, she underwent her pupillage at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates, Johor Bahru. Throughout her pupillage, she was exposed to vast areas of law mainly in Civil Litigation and Conveyancing in which she has been involved in developer projects, property financing (both conventional & Islamic), drafting various kinds of contracts and legal pleadings.

Upon completion of her pupillage, Farah Farhana Binti Hassan was then admitted and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10th September 2018.

She then started her professional practice at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates, Johor Bahru in September 2018, where she is currently attached to Banking & Conveyancing Department.

Outside the firm, Farah is passionate about positive contribution to the society. This passion fuels her to pursue her legal career, in the hope that it will provide her with a platform to assist those in distress.

Bearing with her the passion of law, she hopes to contribute in the area of conveyancing, banking and corporate, to achieve optimum outcome for the clients along with all the members of the firm.

Ahmad Syakir Md Mansor

Ahmad Syakir Bin Md Mansor graduated with LLB (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in November 2017.

After completing his tertiary education, he underwent his pupilage at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates at Johor Bahru Office under the supervision of Pn Nur Safiah Syahirah Binti Omar starting from 13 November till 13 August 2018. Throughout his pupilage, he was exposed primarily to conveyancing, retail banking, and civil litigation practices. He gained appreciable amount of experiences particularly in both substantives & procedural aspects. His passion towards the legal field enriches after he completed his pupilage.

Ahmad Syakir was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 21 November 2018.

He is currently attached to the Banking and Conveyancing Department at Johor Bahru Office.

He enjoys spending time reading on various sources of materials to keep himself updated especially with the development of the law and current issues. He is a self-driven person and committed to render top-notch legal services for the firm’s and clients’ best interest.

Zainursyazwani Zakaria

Zainursyazwani Binti Zakaria graduated with L.L.B (Hons) in January 2018 from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Further, in January 2019, she successfully graduated her second degree in L.L.B Syariah (Hons) from the same University.

In 19 February 2019, she had commenced her pupillage in the chambers of our Senior Associates Puan Rohana Binti Ngah, at Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates Johor Bahru. After completing her pupillage on 19 November 2019, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on 16 January 2020.

Throughout her pupillage, she was exposed primarily to civil litigation procedure, banking litigation, general litigation, hibah and wasiat.

She commenced her legal practice as Legal Assistant at ARSA (Johor Branch) and is currently attached to the Litigation Practice Department together with Puan Rohana Binti Ngah and Puan Nur Safiah Syahirah Binti Omar.

She believes that having determination, integrity and passion in law together with action are keys to be an excellent and distinguished lawyer.

Muhammad Khairul Amirin Samsudin

Muhammad Khairul Amirin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2020. He completed his pupillage at Messrs Benjamin Dawson under the guidance of the firm Senior Partner, Mr. Benjamin John Dawson.

He subsequently joined Messrs Abdul Raman Saad and Associates and has been active in general and banking litigation. As a junior counsel, he assisted senior counsel on matters involving commercial banking litigation, general debt recovery, corporate and commercial disputes and negligence.

Zarith Zuliana Takruddin

Zarith Zuliana Binti Takruddin graduated with L.L.B (Hons) in January 2018 from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). In April 2018, she had commenced her pupillage at Messrs Hafarizam Wan Aisha Mubarak, Putrajaya. Throughout her pupillage, she was exposed primarily to conveyancing matters.

After her admission to the bar in March 2019, she kickstarted her career at Messrs KS Lim & Ong, equipping herself with more in depth conveyancing knowledge mainly through handling various housing projects, perfection cases and also diving into the recent Maybank Houzkey rent-to-own scheme.

She then commenced her legal practice as Legal Assistant at ARSA (Petaling Jaya Branch) in March 2022 and is currently attached to the Financial Services/Conveyancing Practice Department.

She firmly believes that one’s attitude will go a long way in determining one’s success, reputation and enjoyment in being a lawyer.
